The second Brussels UkraineLab will take place on 22 February 2017 under the title “Fair of Project Ideas in Support of Reforms in Ukraine“.
Event is organized by Ukrainian Think Tank Liason Office in Brussels. The first Brussels UkraineLab, held on 29 February 2016, gathered more than 80 participants from Ukraine and 11 EU Member States. 110 guests have registered to the second UkraineLab.
The first half of the day (9.30 – 13.00) will be dedicated to dynamic discussions featuring high-level EU officials and leading Ukrainian experts, to allow more interactions between the speakers and the audience.
The discussions will be divided into two panels:
- Ukraine’s reforms: challenges and tasks
Topics to be discussed: economics and DCFTA Agreement, energy, environment, public administration, justice reforms and decentralization.
- Ukraine’s challenges on the international scene
Topics to be discussed: freedom of speech, protection against propaganda, external and internal dimension of the Minsk Agreement, visa liberalisation, the Association Agreement and much more.
The second half of the day (13.00-15.30) will allow the participants to connect with each other during the networking lunch followed by the Think Tanks Forum. The participants will be able to move freely to have face-to-face discussions with the Ukrainian and EU stakeholders to build new partnerships and elaborate future projects.
