The most important problems of the implementation of the National Human Rights Strategy in the sphere of the combating discrimination at the regional level:
- Low level of awareness of local government executive officials about the problems of discrimination in their regions
- The lack of practical knowledge and skills in implementing the tasks envisaged in the National Human Rights Strategy Action Plan
The tasks of the National Human Rights Strategy Action Plan, which are not performed at the regional level
- Only single measures are taken to spread gender knowledge and overcome gender stereotypes.
- The unimpeded access to the legal protection against discrimination is not ensured for citizens at the regional level.
- The repair of buildings of health care and educational institutions according to State Building Norms is mostly not carried out.
- Centers for providing assistance to victims of gender-based violence, including domestic violence and trafficking in human beings do not plan to create.
- Information and consultation centers for the migrants are not planned to be created.
- Schools of leadership for women and schools for the candidates for members of local councils are not planned to open.
