About: born in Kirovohrad Oblast, has a degree (BA) in “History and Ethnic Studies”, worked at “KROK” University. Since 2001 – project manager at the research Centre for Peace, Conversion and Foreign Policy of Ukraine (CPCFPU), exclusively responsible for studies that monitor EU visa policies.
In 2009 becomes a co-founder of “Europe Without Barriers” organization, which is professionally engaged in areas “mobility”, “support of reforms of security and public safety policies”, “management of migration and border control”, and also carries out advocacy activities in the area of freedom of movement of the persons.
Iryna took part in the creating and further activities of International Coalition “Visa-Free Europe”. She held a permanent expert position in two international projects: European Integration Index for Eastern Partnership Countries and Eastern Partnership Visa Liberalization Index. Since 2015 she also was elected a National Coordinator of Ukrainian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EPCSF). Also Iryna is a member of its Steering Committee.
She was included in the ranking of “100 most successful women of Ukraine in 2015” (“Novoe Vremya”).
Member of the Public Council at the State Migration Service (since 2017), Inter-Agency Working Group on Integrated Border Management (since 2019), Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration (since 2021).
