Studied Political Science at Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University (BSc) and European Affairs at Lund University, Sweden (MSc). Holder of the merit-based Lund Global Scholarship.
Between 2012-2019 Ms Dubenko worked as a foreign affairs analyst and grant manager for a number of Ukrainian and foreign organisations, including Project 21 (London) and Internews Ukraine (Kyiv). In 2016, Ms Dubenko completed an internship at the Mission of Ukraine to the EU (Brussels).
